Traypaks are one of the most popular choices for creating multidisc sets - this is probably because they are so sturdy. You have lots of configuration options- these are very customizable. We can do five inch trays, one or two per panel, turn trays sideways and do elongated traypaks, or layout in a folding pattern like a cross or plus. We can do seven inch trays, generally one per panel (unless you wanted the package really, really tall), turn these sideways, gatefold these like a book, or do a roll up.

We can add booklets of any size. We can glue booklets on or use pockets like tube pockets, pass through, slot, diagonal literature, thumbholes, wide or half moon or hourglass are options too.

We have recycled plastic trays, and brand new- we're doing foam trays!

All the same wonderful things we can do with trays, we can do with jackets. vary the layout, the folding configuration, choose the type of pocket, or replace altogether with a foam hub.

We generally prefer to make jackets with a double wall construction so they are nice and sturdy. The 2-ply panels will keep away rugged edges as well and everything is nice and finished off.

Portfolios are a fun variation on these, and can hold all kinds of different types of literature and business cards.

Multi disc box sets are really easy for us - just tell us the number of discs, the size, what all it needs to hold (like literature or merchandise) and we come up with great ideas.

Slipcases are a very common add on for multidisc sets (either holding together a bulky package or several volumes), and we can do them top loading, side loading, pass through or with one wall, with or without thumbholes, and don't forget the effects! Die cuts windows, embossing, spot gloss, a touch of foil- these will give your title some serious shelf presence. We know your content is great, but packaging sells!
