Height is usually to hold 5 inch or 7 inch traypaks. But can also be for 10 inch megaTallls or Widesreen traypaks.

The slipcase width can accommodate a single title (any number of panels) or several volumes in one set.

Add thumbholes (even wildly custom thumbholes) or die cut windows.

Did you want it printed on the inside so it's dark maybe? Not a problem, add lining panels.

Add spot gloss, lamination, foil, or embossing.

Try using a fiberboard paper stock:
